RSiPs collects limited, anonymous usage data to improve search and understand which reviews are helpful. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Search terms you submit on RSiPs
• Review clicks and views (which pages you open from browse, search, or category views)
• An anonymous session identifier stored in a cookie named rsips_sid
• Basic request metadata such as page path and timestamp when events are sent
• Anonymous page-view and performance metrics from Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, only after you accept analytics

Why we collect it

This information helps us improve search relevance, surface popular queries, and understand which reviews are useful. It is aggregated and not linked to your name, email, or account.

Retention

Anonymous session cookies expire after 30 days. Aggregated analytics data is retained for operational reporting and then discarded or rolled up further.

How to opt out

• Decline analytics when prompted by the consent banner on your first visit
• Use the analytics toggle on this page to change your choice at any time (also available in the mobile menu settings)
• Enable Do Not Track in your browser; RSiPs respects DNT and will not send first-party or Vercel analytics
